This week, I’m excited to share the interview of Masterfull client, Deon Sumer, on her unique experience in the Unstuffed & Masterfull group coaching programs.

Deon shares her story as a former Miss Louisiana pageant participant who was struggling with severe body image issues, to a woman who rarely "body checks" in front of the mirror.
